Shipping and Delivery
All relevant postage and packing, shipping or delivery charges are included in the cost of your order. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We aim to despatch all orders within 14 days of the item being in stock but please allow up to 28 days. During busy times, or for bespoke orders, this timeframe may increase. A working day is any day other than weekends, bank or public holidays. If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the order (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under the control of thefactory.uk.com), without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to thefactory.uk.com, thefactory.uk.com may a) store the items in the order until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or b) sell the items in the order at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the items or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the items. Returns and Replacements

If we make a mistake with your order, or if the goods received are in some way faulty, we have a no quibble returns policy. Simply return the item and we will replace it with the correct one. We will pay your return delivery costs. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If you change your mind for any other reason, we are happy to exchange items, refund or credit your account, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 working days of their receipt, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please ask at the Post office for a free certificate of postage. If you require, we can collect the goods at a cost of £75.00 within the UK mainland only. Regrettably, self assembly furniture and lighting cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item is deemed faulty. Divans, and mattresses are non-returnable once unwrapped, unless they are faulty. This is for reasons of health and hygiene. Ordering
Many of our products are held in stock in our warehouses in which case they are ready for despatch. If a product is ordered from a supplier or if you have specific requirements, an order may take longer before it is in stock. Delivery times for products ordered from suppliers vary but they are stated with each product on the web site. Sometimes our suppliers will complete an order in less time so if you require your item as a matter of urgency, please let us know and we will make the relevant enquiries. After you send your order you will receive a copy by email, please print or keep this copy for your own records. This does not mean we have accepted your order. Out of stock items
Sometimes, items are for a variety of reasons temporarily unavailable. We try to alert you to this fact on the website, but just occasionally, demand exceeds supply. If a product you have ordered is out of stock at our suppliers, we tell you about the problem, dispatch the rest of your order as normal, and place the out of stock item on back order. We try to estimate when new stocks will arrive and always give you the option of cancelling either the whole order or simply the out of stock item, if you would prefer not to wait. Limitation of Liability
